What to expect in Boot Camp.

We will be doing alot of running, so bring your running shoes. (If you buy new shoes break them in first). We will be doing interval trianing, sprints, hill running, squats, lunges, push-ups, burpees and plenty of core training. Be prepared to sweat. DO NOT be late! We will have a 5 burpee penalty for every minute you are late! Don't know what a burpee is. Just wait and see.

 

We will meet three days a week for 4 weeks.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

 

We will have an orientation Saturday, Aug 14th @ 10A.M. and it will last for about an hour. During your orientation you will meet the trainers and your fellow boot campers. We will do your pre-assessment which will include measurements and body fat analysis.

 

If you follow the program it will work for you! You say proper eating and execise doesn't work that is an EXCUSE! NO MORE EXCUSES! We can give the workout and guide you towards eating healthier, but it's up to you to do the work.

 

 

 

How much is Boot Camp?

Cost is $175.00 per person.

 Early-Bird Special: $155 if you sign up before Aug 111th.
