Why do I need Personal Training?

 

Personal Training is an effective way to get in shape and learn creative ways to workout. I see so may people doing the same routine over and over without the results they are looking for. When I walk through the gym so many ladies are doing exercises without correct form. Form is critical when exercising. If you have poor form when dead-lifting you can injure your back. A personal trainer is dedicated to you, they are your own personal cheerleader here to support you and help you succeed.

Jesse Sims:

 B.S. Kinesiology, NSCA-CPT

Jesse graduated from East Central University with a B.S in Kinesiology. She believes you can reach your fitness goals through hardwork and dedication. There might be an easy way out, but if you didn't work for it it's not worth it. She also hates FAD DIETS!!!!  You should eat healthy and in moderation. Jesse also teaches our and Boot Camp classe. Jesse loves to mountain bike, rock climb, walk the dogs and train her clients.

Her favorite exercises--- anything Tabata, dead-lift, jump rope, kettlebell swings, squats and burpees.

Least favorite exercise--- running, push-ups and abs.

Laura Morris

MS, RD/LD

Laura can help you get started on a healthy eating program. She will set you up on a 6-week nutrition plan, that will boost your metabolism and give you more energy.
