The moment you walk into a FIT For Her 24/7 Exercise Facility For Women, you realize this is not your typical gym.  From the beautifully decorated reception area to the color coordination throughout the club, you know it has been designed from a woman's point-of-view.

Women of all ages will feel comfortable in an environment that is clean and equipped with the latest in strength and cardio equipment, allowing you a simple exercise routine, or a complete strength program.  A free-weight area is also available.  Personal trainers are on hand to help customize a workout program just for you.

The modern, stylish decor of the dressing room includes mahogany lockers, granite counter tops, a ceramic tiled shower, plush dressing robes, plenty of clean towels, body lotions, scrubs and toiletries for your personal use.  We now offer "eight" Body Moisture, Mona-Vie, Pro Tan and Carribean Gold tanning products.

After you workout, you can tan in one of three tanning beds (standing, laying, or automated spray tan).  We offer you the soothing experience of a dry sauna, a relaxation room with two full body massage chairs with seven simultaneous massage points and wall-mounted CD players with individual headsets to listen to tranquil music and you relax after a great workout.

Of course you are welcome to bring the kids during your visit.  For your convenience there is a special video-monitored children's play area.  It's equipped with a television/DVD player, toys and bean bags for your child's enjoyment and comfort.

Join us in our aerobic workout room for a scheduled aerobics class or put in a video provided for unscheduled workouts. 

 

Workout videos can be viewed on a huge 100" big screen projector system in a room large enough to accommodate thirty of your friends.

 

Our on-site, Jenny Rush Salon offers the finest in cuts, color, perms, eyebrow waxing, and lash and brow tinting.

 

Access to FIT For Her is available around the clock 24-hours, 7- days a week.  A monthly fee entitles you to exclusive, unlimited access to the facility. 

 

There are no contracts to sign and no start-up fees.  Use it as much as you like, anytime you want.  Your schedule is ours!

 

Our facility is under constant video surveillance with secured card entry 24/7 for your safety and security.
