Mary Elliot
Mary has been in the fitness industry for 18 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Yoga Instructor. She has made fitness a lifestyle for her and is dedicated to helping others make the same lifestyle change.
 
Jesse Sims
Jesse is a Certified Personal Trainer. She has a BS in Exercise Science and is Certified through NCSF. She also teaches group fitness classes. Jesse belives fitness is a lifestyle. If you want to change your body and life be prepared to do the work. There will be no cookie cutter routines here.
