Why do I need Personal Training?

 

Personal Training is an effective way to get in shape and learn creative ways to workout. I see so may people doing the same routine over and over without the results they are looking for. When I walk through the gym so many ladies are doing exercises without correct form. Form is critical when exercising. If you have poor form when dead-lifting you can injure your back. A personal trainer is dedicated to you, they are your own personal cheerleader here to support you and help you succeed.

Personal Training Options:

 

30 Minute Sessions: Starting at $35.00

60 Minute Sessions: Starting at $50.00

 

Inrtoduction Package: 3/$99 1hr sessions

Jesse Sims:

Jesse graduated from East Central University with a B.S in Kinesiology. She believes you can reach your fitness goals through hardwork and dedication. There might be an easy way out, but if you didn't work for it it's not worth it. She also hates FAD DIETS!!!! Jesse also teaches our Women on Weights and Boot Camp classes. Jesse loves to mountain bike, rock climb, walk the dogs and train her clients.

Her favorite exercises--- anything Tabata, dead-lift, jump rope, kettlebell swings, squats and burpees.

Least favorite exercise--- running, push-ups and abs.

Ambition: To own her very own gym and go skydiving.
